We ordered Muslim friendly menu, a spicy and non spicy one. The spicy one tasted like Singapore mee rebus. Both tasted alright. Service was excellent unfortunately they dont allow take out.

At stores in Toyama Black that are well known, such as overseas expansion and Tokyo Ramen Show V5, I liked the taste of Toyama Black, which is milder than it looks, with a favorite taste.I think that it is a bit lighter Toyama Black and you can eat deliciously even if you add toppings and rice.In another shop, I had closed the Shio Kud of the original Toyama Black shop, but this shop was delicious.It is close to Toyama Station, and there are several Toyama Black shops nearby.There is a shop in the basement of the complex CiC.

Nice Toyama local ramen restaurant. I had been told that ramen in Toyama is a bit too salty, but ramen here is not too much. The restaurant places the first basement floor of CiC building, just 2 minutes from Toyama station on foot.

The soup is salty, the noodles is chewy and the sliced meat is tasty.The full bowl of this ramen is delicious but the soup couldn't be finished.We also ordered the dumpling set and it is also good.If you're wondering about eating ramen as dinner, give this bowl as a try.

Good. Is it a position like Ippudo or Ichiran in the Toyama black ramen world? Who wants ramen that is easy to eat and tastes good. Also, pepper and a bite are placed on the table for those who want an impact.Strict. Just because I thought that I would eat Toyama Black, I thought that oil and saltiness were not enough for me, so this rating.

I ordered boiled egg black ramen.The soup alone did not have much depth or richness, and it was not something you would want to drink a lot, but it goes well with noodles and other ingredients, and if you look at the whole ramen it is very delicious think.The char siu is made of thick meat with fat on it. I didn't really like the char siu pork that was so crisp, so this was one of my favorite types. It was delicious.The interior of the store is also beautiful and it is a good impression.

I’m not a fan with ramen but since I’m in Toyama I have to try that black ramen. The ramen is more refreshing as compared to Tonkatsu. It’s not very salty but it’s not like the best. The egg is not well marinated. Overall I think it is a okay store. I think there are better one out there.

It is in the basement of the station.From the entrance of the building via the elevator inside the station or via the ground.As it is open until late at night, it is convenient.I feel that the price base is about 100 yen higher than the surrounding stores.Black ramen is light in color and may not resist drinking.

During my Toyama trip, I stopped by to eat Toyama Black Ramen. It is located in the basement of a commercial building in front of the station and is relatively easy to access. There are also izakaya-like menus, and in that sense, it might be perfect for a purpose to eat Toyama black ramen while drinking lightly on a business trip. This time I had Oden for the first time and was having trouble with the menu while having fun with beer.The ordered Toyama Black Ramen has a black visual as expected. Of course I ordered with a rice set. Of course, Toyama Black Ramen had a good taste and impact, but personally I liked Toyama Black, which has a stronger taste. In that sense, the taste may be familiar to those who want to try Toyama Black Ramen first.

Toyama Black Soy Ramen. Soy sauce based. I find it salty and the flying fox squid 🦑 which is the local specialty is a challenge to eat salty too. Anyway, we need to experience the local specialty.

Nice chashu. Soft and melting.The eggs are decent.The famous black soup is a little disappointing - not really that tasty or even impactful. they say it's made of fish oil but you'd hard pressed to find any minerality in this bowl.It's ok - nothing incredible honestly.

You can eat Toyama Black. Iroha is a famous restaurant that has been ranked number one in past ramen competitions. Toyama Black tasted very strong, but is it Hokuriku? ! The shrimp gyoza that I had with me was also very tasty because the shrimp were prettier.

Not to my liking, black soy ramen are simply dark soy tastes thats about all, miso ramen are horriblely salty, noodle texture taste like instant cup noodle.

I love this ramen and give it five stars without hesitation! Almost everything is good - the broth, the noodles, the chashu. My most favourite type of ramen is shoyu broth base and this one is done very well. Contrary to what other reviews said, I personally do not find it overly salty. Although it’s black and looks extremely salty - it’s not! The chashu is extremely well done too - super tender and very tasty. The only thing to find fault with is probably the flavoured egg - though it was tasty, it was a bit overcooked. Overall I give five stars
